All window, door and roofing installations are covered by Certass, a Government Authorised Certification body since 2006.

Our installations are covered by QANW, who give vital protection to consumers through Deposit Protection Insurance and Insurance Backed Guarantees.

They were established in 1994 and their helpful team has extensive knowledge and experience in Insurance Backed Guarantees that protect the UK’s home improvement and construction works.
A QANW Insurance Backed Guarantee gives absolute reassurance to our customers. It is an insurance policy that is included in the cost of your installation to give vital protection to your investment.
An Insurance Backed Guarantee will honour the terms of the written guarantee, originally issued by db Designs, should anything happen that causes us to cease trading as defined within the policy document and is, therefore, unable to satisfy claims against that guarantee.
